6.Independent three-head code writing ensurs the accuracy of each product and improves equipment efficiency. The code writing speed is 12pcs per second.
7.The whole machine adopts modular design,the platform adopts quick connection mechanism,It consists of a card issuing unit, a reading and writing unit, a position correction unit, a UV coding unit, a waste rejection unit and a bundling unit,and functional modules can be separately installed (for example ,when UV ink jet is not used,this module may not be selected.)
8.The equipment has online CCD visual inspection function to improve the yield rate,Reduce secondary defects.
9.The card issuing mechanism has duplicate paper check function. Immediately stop the operation when the card issuance abnormality is detected to avoid causing product defects.
10.When the machine is networked,it can be remotely operated ,debugged,and trouble-shooted, reducing equipment downtime and increasing production efficiency.
11.It has safety protection function; it can automatically stop the operation when approaching the dangerous area of the equipment, to protect the human safety.
12.Material receiving part: Adding RFID lable high-speed binding machine can automatically bind RFID electronic labels。
