Vehicle management needs to manage the whole process of acceptance, warehousing, maintenance and ex warehouse of vehicles stored in the warehouse. The traditional management mode uses manual documents to record at each node. However, with more and more vehicles stored in the warehouse, the efficiency and real-time of manual document management mode can no longer meet the requirements of modern warehouse vehicle management. Although the current electronic license plate recognition is the main means of vehicle management, considering that new cars in 4S stores do not have license plates, the unique RFID tag technology can solve this problem in this field.


Before the vehicle enters the warehouse, the vehicle information needs to be collected and uploaded during acceptance, and the data needs to be collected and uploaded during warehousing and outbound. Vehicles stored in the warehouse for a long time need to be checked and maintained regularly, and relevant data should be uploaded. 1 Vehicle warehousing: the 4S shop sticks and binds RFID tags after receiving the vehicle, and RFID remote reading and writing equipment can complete warehousing without stopping to identify tags when driving into the warehouse after passing the vehicle inspection. 2 Inventory management: RFID portable reader writer can automatically identify RFID tags within the identification range of RFID tags on the windshield to complete inventory. 3 Out of warehouse: when the vehicle is out of warehouse, it passes through a fixed RFID reader, scans the electronic labels on the vehicle, and then enters the vehicle out of warehouse information, and synchronizes the vehicle related information to the background, so as to know the in and out of warehouse situation and inventory information of each vehicle in the warehouse in real time.
