　　1. When installing or removing the round knife, cover the surface of the round knife with cloth or foam to prevent damaging the blade.

　　2. When installing other parts, prevent the parts from loosening and falling on the round knife, otherwise the round knife will be seriously damaged.

　　3. During die cutting, we must apply pressure evenly, from shallow to deep, and watch the die cutting effect while adding. Once the required cutting depth is reached, we should stop pressurizing.

　　4. After die cutting for a period of time, if the cutting mark becomes shallow, apply balanced pressure again. This not only ensures the die-cutting effect, but also avoids reducing the service life of the round knife.

　　5. Remember not to directly add the maximum pressure, otherwise it will have a great impact on the service life of the round knife.

　　1. When cleaning the round knife, pay attention that the brush or scrubbing cloth used must not have iron filings, hard particles and other objects, otherwise the blade will be damaged.

　　2. During use, the roll shoulder must be kept clean, and a special roll shoulder can be used to wipe the felt.

　　3. Drop an appropriate amount of lubricating oil upward every day to keep the surface of roll shoulder and bottom roll clean, and form a thin oil film between them to improve the wear resistance of round knife roll shoulder and bottom roll surface.

　　1. Choose a cool and dry place to store the die-cutting knife.

   　2. Spray a layer of antirust oil on the surface of the round knife.

　　3. It is better to use a specially provided box when storing to ensure that the blade does not contact any part or article in the box.

　　4. Wrap the round knife with special knife pad cloth or foam. The support block in the box must be supported on the shaft heads at both ends of the die-cutting knife, not on the blade to prevent damage to the blade.
